The location of the hotel was superb, with a stunning view of the harbor from the balcony. the house was well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like basic cooking supplies and even a bottle of wine provided by the friendly owners. the house was clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling town below.
Limited accessibility due to the presence of a few steps, which may be challenging for individuals with mobility issues.

my second stay in symi was even better than the first. pitini nikos house villa exceeded my expectations. the thoughtful hosts, amazing view, and all the little extras made it a perfect summer holiday. i couldn't stop admiring the view of the harbour from the balcony every single day!
no wifi connection in the villa.

Pitini Nikos House was an incredible value, with a well-appointed room and stunning views of Symi. The location was perfect, just a short walk along the pier to the center of town, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
Hotel breakfast could have had more variety.

The house was fantastic. Spent a lot of time on the balcony with an awesome view of the harbour. Simple things provided by the host that I've never had elsewhere. Hundred steps worth it. No rubbish or graffiti. Will definitely come back.
Felt incredibly welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

Traveled solo for a few days and was extremely happy with my stay at Pitini Nikos House. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed including an iron, hairdryer, and washing machine. The view was absolutely stunning and I couldn't get enough of it. The location was great - close to the harbor but without the noise. Definitely a budget-friendly gem that I would highly recommend.
Can recommend this hotel.

I always choose this place for my stay. Staff helped with serving my elderly parents. This place suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, Electric kettle, Cookware, Air conditioning, Flat-screen TV, Outdoor dining area. I'm coming back for a business trip.
